The female body is not a project. It is a home.

There comes a moment in a woman's life when she suddenly stops and realizes:
Everything I believe about my body was taught to me. Not by myself.
We grow up in a world where female bodies are valued like products.
Too much. Too little. Too soft. Too hard.
Too round. Too narrow.
Too visible. Too invisible.
And at some point, we begin to believe that we are wrong – simply because we exist.
🌸The truth is: Our body image was never created by women.
The fashion world? For decades almost exclusively dominated by men.
The ideal of beauty?
The evaluation of what is "attractive"?
A look at our bodies?
Often male-dominated.
Our bodies have been viewed through a stranger's eyes for so long,
that we at some point forgot to see through our own eyes.
And so it happens that we look at ourselves in the mirror in the morning and think:
Am I thin enough?
Am I toned enough?
Am I beautiful enough?
Am I still lovable?
But the real question is a different one:
For whom?
For whom should you be thinner?
For whom should you be stricter?
Who do you want to look younger for?
For whom should you change?
🩷The answer is surprisingly simple: For no one.
Not for society.
Not for the fashion industry.
Not for Instagram.
Not for men.
Not even for your younger self.
You are not a project.
You are a home.
For you.
For your story.
For your children.
For your soul.
💫The female body is an archive.
He tells of nights when you lay awake.
From children you have carried.
Of losses you have survived.
From new beginnings that you have given yourself.
Of love. Of courage. Of strength.
Every fold, every soft spot, every curve is a chapter.
And that is not a weakness.
That is dignity.
Male bodies age – and nobody talks about it.
Women's bodies age – and the whole world gets involved.
Why?
Because a self-determined female body is dangerous.
Because a woman who loves herself cannot be manipulated.
Because a woman who knows who she is cannot be held back.
And because a woman who accepts her body truly becomes free.
🔆Your body has carried children.
Men wear nothing but expectations.**
A body that has borne life,
is not a body that "needs to become again".
It is a body that deserves to be honored.
A toned stomach is aesthetically pleasing.
A belly that has held four children is life.
Why should your value depend on a flat surface?
Why should your beauty depend on whether you look "perfect"?
Why should your body have to prove anything – and above all: to whom?
🌿The new truth is:
I don't have to change for anyone.
If you change, it's for a reason:
Because YOU want it.
Because it's good for YOU.
Because it's YOUR body.
Not to please anyone.
Not to conform to an ideal.
Not to prove that you're "back".
You were never gone.
You were always there.
Only the world saw you differently than you saw yourself.
💎A woman who accepts her body becomes untouchable.
It runs differently.
She sits differently.
She loves differently.
She chooses differently.
She speaks differently.
She is not dependent on glances.
It is not dependent on confirmation.
She is not dependent on attention.
She has arrived at a place of inner peace.
💖I AM WOMAN means:
My body belongs to me.
My rules.
My story.
My truth.
He is soft because he was allowed to live.
He is strong because he has carried burdens.
He is real because he represents me.
And it's beautiful because it's my home.
We don't owe the world any optimization.
We owe ourselves recognition.
And when a man eventually enters our lives, he will not encounter a perfect body –
but one truth:
You don't have to vote for me.
I choose myself.
